Marie-Marthe is situated in an elevated position and offers an exceptionally beautiful view over the rolling landscape of the Haut-Var, with views towards the Massif des Maures and Montagne Sainte-Victoire. From Marie-Marthe you can easily discover the most beautiful villages of Provence, local wine estates, olive groves and lavender fields.

The spectacular Gorges du Verdon and the azure-blue Lac de Sainte-Croix are moreover within a short distance and offer plenty of opportunities for hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming and sailing.

During our visit, it immediately struck us how exceptionally well this villa is maintained. The renovation has been carried out with great respect for the character of the original house, allowing the bastide to retain a warm and authentic appearance.

The combination of the panoramic view, the beautiful swimming pool, the fully walled garden and the possibility of walking to the centre of Aups, makes Marie-Marthe one of the most characterful holiday homes in this region of Provence.
