The villa is entirely single-storey and is therefore particularly comfortable for families with young children, guests with mobility difficulties and couples who simply want to enjoy convenience and relaxation.

The absolute showpiece is the large heated swimming pool of no less than 14 x 5 metres — perfect for doing some leisurely lengths or enjoying a wonderful time in the sun. Thanks to the heat pump, the swimming pool can be heated almost all year round.
The fully enclosed garden with Mediterranean atmosphere, pétanque court and various seating areas make La Perle Blanche a wonderful place for long summer days on the Côte d'Azur.
