L'accueil et la réactivité des gestionnaires sur place, Christine et André sont au top.Les plus : la vue dégagée sur la campagne, la terrasse avec une avancée qui est du coup de grande largeur et procure de l'ombrage pour les repas à toute heure de la journée.Piscine superbe : (28C-29C) et jaccuzi très confortable. Terrain de pétanque. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable (deux dernières semaines de mai) avec un temps magnifique.

Das tolle Haus liegt am Rand eines schönen Örtchens. In Roquebrun gibt es ein kleines Geschäft (Vival), eine Eisdiele/Bäckerei und mehrere Restaurants. Durch den Ort fließt die Orb, an der ein schöner Strandabschnitt liegt.

Das tolle Haus liegt am Rand eines schönen Örtchens. In Roquebrun gibt es ein kleines Geschäft (Vival), eine Eisdiele/Bäckerei und mehrere Restaurants. Durch den Ort fließt die Orb, an der ein schöner Strandabschnitt liegt.
Im Erdgeschos des sehr gut ausgestatteten Hauses befinden sich die Schlafzimmer, Bäder und der Waschraum mit Waschmaschine. Über eine Treppe gelangt man ins Obergeschoss mit einem riesigen Wohn-Esszimmer incl. gut ausgestatteter Küche (Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine...). An 2 Seiten umlaufend ist ein breiter Balkon mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der große Pool (ca. 4x13 m) ist über 2 Zugänge, die kindgerecht gesichert sind, erreichbar. Am Pool ist eine überdachte Terrasse mit ebenfalls gut ausgestatteter Außenküche (Geschirr, Töpfe, weitere Spülmaschine) und einem Außengrill. Desweiteren gibt es in dem nicht einsehbaren Poolbereich eine Außendusche, mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegestühle. Am Haus sind 3 Parkmöglichkeiten, die über eine abschüssige Zufahrt erreichbar sind. Einzige, von uns empfundene Nachteile: In der Zufahrt befinden sich 2 größere Schlaglöcher, die mit kleineren Steinchen gefüllt wurden. Beim Hochfahren drehten immer wieder die Autoreifen durch. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (mit Fleisch-/Fischtheke) sind nicht vor Ort. Ein Lidl ist in Murviel les Beziers, direkt dahinter ein Super U in Thezan les Beziers (25 Min.). Ein Carrefour ist in Cessenon sur Orb (15 Min.). |
