This special villa consists of two separate dwellings: a bright, contemporary main residence and a charming annex with its own character. Together they form the perfect place for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy comfort, privacy and togetherness.

The villa is composed of two fully-fledged residences, each with its own character:

Main residence (approx. 135 m²)
Modern, bright living space with open kitchen, mezzanine and large windows. Here you will directly experience the wow-factor of the property.
Annex building (approx. 100 m²)
Atmospherically and comfortably furnished, with its own living room and kitchen. Ideal for guests who desire a bit more privacy.
