Description
La Belle Issambre is a luxury villa with sea view nestled against a hill on a fenced property. At 2 kilometers from the sandy beaches of Les Issambres on the Côte d'Azur. Les Issambres is an attractive coastal village with a cozy promenade, restaurants with private beach, but also small bays and creeks where children can enjoy exploring. There is also a sailing school (sailing boats, catamarang) and a ferry to the famous Saint Tropez A weekly market and cozy stores make Les Issambres complete.
The villa borders a nature reserve and is situated on a fenced plot with covered parking. Around the villa are several terraces so you can enjoy the sun, or shade if desired, at any time. The view from the terrace of the pool and the sea is beautiful! And. from the parking lot you walk straight into the La Gaillarde nature reserve.
The pool has a playful shape, the sunbeds are waiting for you.
Inside, the villa is very well cared for and luxurious. Tastefully decorated: a beautiful living room with high ceiling and cozy sitting area and dining table by the terrace doors so you can also enjoy the view while eating. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped (including a Nespresso machine) and also has doors to the terrace.
Three of the four bedrooms have air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is not because it is on the garden level, a naturally cool space.
La Belle Issambre has a carport where there is room for one car, and there is also ample parking for several cars on the private, fenced property.

Wij zouden het wellicht gezelliger vinden met een wat persoonlijkere inrichting en een vleugje kleur. Een boekenkast en wat meer van dat soort zaken zouden zouden de sfeer (voor ons) verbeteren.

La Belle Issambre is voor ons een villa waar wij een onvergelijke vakantie hebben gevierd. Wat een feest het overdekte terras dat grenst aan de keuken, daar is zo een mooi uitzicht. Niet alleen op de zee (je ziet de jachten varen), maar ook op de huisee more

Niet alleen op de zee (je ziet de jachten varen), maar ook op de huizen die lager liggen en dan gaan s' avonds alle lichtjes aan. Ook goed kunnen barbecuen. Belangrijk voor ons was dat de bedden goed moesten zijn: en dat waren ze! Top villa.
