This spacious, recently built and comfortable holiday villa is located on a private estate of approximately 8,800 m² in the hills near Apt, in the heart of the protected Parc naturel régional du Luberon.

The quiet location combines plenty of privacy and nature with the convenience of the lively town of Apt just 2.5 km away. Villa Luma sits on a hillside along the route from Apt to Lourmarin, in a sheltered location where you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
With 6 bedrooms, 6 en-suite bathrooms and accommodation for 12 to 16 people, Villa Luma is particularly suitable for large families, groups of friends and multiple families. Two bedrooms also have a mezzanine with extra beds.

The villa consists of a main residence with two bedrooms and four independent guest suites, each with its own entrance from pool level. Thanks to this special layout, you can holiday together and still enjoy plenty of privacy.

Outdoor living & swimming pool

Outdoor living is one of the great assets of Villa Luma. In the centre lies the beautiful heated infinity pool, surrounded by spacious travertine terraces and with extensive panoramic views over the hills of the Luberon.
The swimming pool has a wide sloping entrance and can be heated from May to October. Around the pool are 12 comfortable designer sun loungers. In the evening, the pool lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere.
The fully equipped, covered summer kitchen is a lovely place to eat together and enjoy long Provençal evenings. Here you will find a spacious dining table, barbecue, refrigerator and sink.
In addition, the grounds have various seating and lounge areas, including a cosy aperitif corner. At a lower level there is a pétanque court and a fixed stone barbecue.

Interior & comfort

Inside, Villa Luma offers a bright, atmospheric living space with a comfortable seating area, dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen is directly connected to the outdoor spaces and the summer kitchen.

The villa is furnished for a comfortable stay with family or friends. All six bedrooms have air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
WiFi, TV-Flanders and a music system are also available.

The four guest suites each have their own entrance from the pool level. This layout offers extra privacy and makes Villa Luma particularly attractive for multiple families or groups holidaying together.

Parking & additional facilities

The enclosed grounds offer ample parking space. In addition, Villa Luma has a closed garage for a car and bicycles.
For guests with an electric car, a special charging point is available.

Villa Luma is located in the hills near Apt, in the heart of the Parc naturel régional du Luberon, one of the most beautiful natural areas of Provence. The region is known for its picturesque villages, colourful Provençal markets, vineyards and impressive landscapes.
The lively town of Apt is just 2.5 km away and offers shops, restaurants, pleasant terraces and a famous Saturday market. The charming villages of Roussillon, Bonnieux, Gordes, Lacoste, Ménerbes and Lourmarin are also wonderful destinations for day trips.
