Description
Luxury, air-conditioned villa with heated pool (secured with roller deck) in the Luberon, Provence. Located against a hill with beautiful views.
The cozy center of Apt is about 2.3 km away. Here you can enjoy, among other things, one of the most beautiful Provencal markets, you can enjoy shopping and there is also a choice of restaurants. The Luberon is ideal for long walks and there are many bicycle routes.
At the villa is a generous, partially covered terrace, ideal for your meals.
A little lower you will find the swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds, a lounge set and a bocce court. There is a covered terrace close to the pool, there is a fridge/freezer and an aperitif corner created with fixed barbecue. For enthusiasts, there is a bocce ball court.
The private heated pool measures 10 x 4.8 m in mid- and high season and has built-in Led lighting, this provides a beautiful ambiance in the evenings.
There is a garage for one car and enough space to store your bicycles as well.
In the villa a fully equipped kitchen including a large refrigerator, a microwave, a convection oven and a built-in espresso machine. Of course, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are also in ample supply. A separate toilet is located near the kitchen.
Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the living/dining room with air conditioning and a view of the pool. The presence of the pellet stove also makes this house suitable for rental in the early and late season. The flat screen television has a satellite connection and there is also a DVD player and a home cinema system available. From the living room a staircase leads to the first floor, where the 3 bedrooms are located. Two of the bedrooms are connected via a shared bathroom.
