In a quiet part of Provence and at a stone's throw from the sandy beaches of Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez, you will find this beautiful, single-storey country house with indoor guest accommodation for a total of 18 people. Trans-en-Provence is an attractive village, built on rocks with a river running along and under it. Besides shops and restaurants in the village, you will find several golf clubs in the immediate vicinity. You can also 'sniff up' the Provence on foot or by bike.

The property is fenced and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings. Thanks to its location, the swimming pool is bathed in sunlight all day. On the spacious terraces, both covered and sun terraces are dining sets, lounges and sun beds ready for you. Peace, space and freedom. The terrain is flat and lends itself to various recreational activities. The swimming pool is unique and measures 10 by 20 metres!

There are 3 houses: the first one is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious lounge that opens onto the pool and also onto a covered terrace with a long dining table and summer kitchen. Then, accessible from the terrace, you come to the second house, a 'loft' with a beautiful living room and open kitchen. From the living room a staircase goes up and there is a 'gallery-bedroom' with a comfortable bed for two persons. The bathroom is on the ground floor. Here you will find another bedroom and it has its own bathroom (en suite). From the Loft, or outside, you have access to the third house. The latter has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Here too, there is a comfortable living room with sitting area, dining table and open kitchen. At the rear and pool side are terraces.

Thanks to the different terraces you can enjoy your meals together, but you can also find a quiet spot.
