Child-friendly villa in Sainte Maxime with private heatable pool, trampoline and playground equipment and within walking distance (900 m) of the beach La Nartelle in Sainte-Maxime. This villa is very suitable for children because the access to the private pool is secured with a fence and there are various play attributes around the villa for children of various ages.


This beautiful Provencal villa is quietly located in a domain within walking distance (900 m) from the sandy beach at Sainte Maxime. This part of the coast is called 'La Nartelle' and there are a variety of delicious restaurants here, all of which also have a private beach with sun beds. The cozy center of Sainte Maxime is 3.5 km from the villa.This is a lively seaside resort with an attractive marina, numerous nice shops and an extensive range of restaurants with terraces. If you would like to visit Saint Tropez, you can leave the car. There is a frequent ferry service from the port; within about 20 minutes you will be among the yachts in the harbor of this fashionable seaside resort. The beautiful golf course Golf de Beauvallon of Sainte Maxime is already 2 km from the villa.


The private area of the villa covers 2500 m2 and is particularly attractive for both young children and older children! The fenced pool measures 11 x 5 meters and is equipped with an electric slatted deck. The pool has pool heating and is equipped with a Roman staircase, making it pleasant to enter and exit.This staircase is a wonderful place for children to play. Under a roof is a table-top refrigerator and there is running water. There are plenty of sun beds on the sun terrace. Through a gate there is access to a part of the garden where a large trampoline is sunk into the ground. There is also more than enough space to kick a ball. From the private pool, a staircase leads up to the level where the villa is located. Here are even more facilities for children. There is a table tennis table, a climbing frame with swing, horizontal bar and slide, a sandbox and a funny playhouse. This part of the garden is also screened so that your children cannot descend unnoticed towards the pool. The villa has an elongated terrace.On a covered part there is a wooden dining set with a beautiful 'chef de cuisine' barbecue next to it; here you can grill perfectly! There is an extra lounge seat with a low table. When you walk around the villa you will automatically come to the parking lot for 2 cars and the driveway to the entrance gate.


Through the entrance at the parking lot you enter the villa in a hall. Here you will find a separate guest toilet (a second separate toilet is located near the bedrooms) and you can enter the living room through double doors. A large wooden dining table with French doors next to the covered terrace. The sitting area is equipped with a beautiful leather corner sofa for five people and two comfortable armchairs. Next to the fireplace is a flat screen television (Dutch channels) and there is an Xbox.If you have a Netflix subscription, you can also watch movies / series here with your own code, since the television is connected to the internet. In the living room there are patio doors to the terrace. The kitchen is in open connection with the salon and is excellently equipped. Among other things, there is an American fridge with ice maker. You can step onto the terrace through patio doors.


There are four bedrooms in this single storey villa. The first three bedrooms are located in a hall. The first bedroom has a double bed, box spring (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and there are patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, box spring (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Also here are patio doors to the terrace.The third bedroom also has a double bed, box spring (2 x 90 x 200 cm). In this hall you will find the first bathroom. This is pleasantly spacious with a large shower, a corner bath and a double sink. Finally, the fourth bedroom is on the other side of the villa. First you enter a hallway and then the second bathroom of the villa. Here is a shower cubicle with massage and seat and there are two sinks. The next door takes you into the bedroom. Here is a double bed, box spring (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 190 cm). There are patio doors to the parking lot. On very hot days you can use the existing fans, which can be placed in rooms as desired.
