Description
Ideal villa for families with children with flat, enclosed grounds, fenced pool and play equipment, in the Drôme, southern France. The view is wide, and your dog is also welcome.
The location is special, as it were at a crossroads of different departments and regions: You are in the Drôme, but near Provence and the Ardèche. The choice of day trips is considerable.
The property covers 6000m2 and is fenced as follows: part with a wall, most with a fence and part with a hedge. The latter is dense and only a small dog 10cm high could escape through it.
The pool is beautifully shaped and surrounded by a terrace where sun beds and an umbrella are waiting for you. The gentle sound of the waterfall adds a tropical touch. There is a shallow area where children can play. The pool is enclosed by a fence.
A little further on, outside the pool fence is a playground where children can also have a wonderful time.
You can park a few cars on the property, inside the fence.
Adjacent to the villa is a large, covered terrace; access to the adjoining kitchen is ideal. A comfortable dining set is waiting for you here and around the corner you will find the fixed barbecue.
From the terrace, you can enter through sliding doors and reach the dining area and kitchen. What we think is worth mentioning is the beautiful Godin gas cooker with built-in fryer. Adjacent to the cooking/working area is a bar with 5 chairs. Behind it is a dining table for 8. Through an arcade arch, you walk into the lounge where there is a lovely sitting area by the fireplace; there are two two-seaters and a three-seater sofa. Here is a television with satellite.
Here there are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The first bedroom is a family room with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and also a private bathroom. The last two bedrooms can be found upstairs, and these bedrooms share the third bathroom.
Very pleasant place to spend your holidays!
Available for children: a cot and highchair.
Child facilities: secure fenced swimming pool, lots of lawn, play area
