Our villa offers an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by well-maintained private grounds. The spacious terrace is a perfect place to relax and unwind, equipped with luxurious garden furniture, partly covered by a pergola, and offering breathtaking views of the golf course. The swimming pool, with its Roman steps and natural stone terrace, provides a refreshing escape from the heat.
Inside, the living space is bright and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area, dining area, and a fully equipped designer kitchen. The bedrooms are located in a separate hall on the ground floor, providing privacy and quietness. The first bedroom features an adjustable double bed with two mattresses in one casing, a flat screen television, and French doors leading to the terrace. The two other bedrooms have two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The spacious bathroom features a double washbasin, bathtub, separate shower, and a toilet. Additionally, there is a second, separate toilet in the hall.
For your convenience, the mezzanine floor features a sitting area, a desk with an internet connection, and a second bathroom. And for children, there are various playing facilities, including a Playstation 3, Wii, and outdoor toys.
