Description
Fabulous villa with a private pool in a luxury estate at the foot of Mont Ventoux. The estate is located next to a lovely spa resort with an excellent restaurant. It is within walking distance from the charming little village of Malaucène, where you can enjoy the local market on Fridays and grab lunch or a cup of coffee at one of the lovely outdoor cafes afterwards. Orange and Avignon are unique cultural destinations and these cities hold many festivals worth visiting. Wine tastings at the estate vineyards are a great experience as well. Mont Ventoux is a must for cyclists and a wonderful destination for hikers as well.
This villa has a wonderful swimming pool with a view of the mountains. There is a sun terrace by the pool and a covered terrace adjacent to the villa.
Inside, the living room gets lots of nice light and has an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the conveniences. Double sliding doors open onto the terrace. There is a flat-screen television in the sitting area. Next to it is a bedroom with its own bathroom. There is another bedroom upstairs, with its own bathroom, while the two other bedrooms share the third bathroom. The four bedrooms each sleep two people, and the final one is equipped with a bunk bed.
A sustainable system has been installed in villa Grenache: a heat pump provides cool air during the warm months and warm air during the cold months. The temperature is not adjustable, but the difference with the outside is very pleasant and refreshing, also during the nights. This cooling system is indicated as air conditioning in this villa.
