A luxury villa with one of the most beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of St Tropez. On a hill, five minutes from the village center of Les Issambres with its many restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. The terrace gives you direct access to the large swimming pool which is heated (10 x 4.5m) and there are plenty of sun beds and towels for free use. This villa can accommodate up to 15 people.
There is also a modern kitchen with cooking island, and is equipped with all appliances including two dishwashers, electric cooking area with extractor fan and a separate oven, microwave, espresso coffee maker, and two American refrigerators. Spacious utility room with washer and dryer. As an extension of the kitchen there is a separate TV room with Dutch, German and English channels, again with a beautiful view of the sea.
The villa has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, Bedroom 1, the Master Bedroom has a double bed (200x200) and en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and toilet) with air conditioning. Bedroom 2 and 3 also have double beds (200x200) and a separate bathroom (Shower), also air-conditioned and all with a beautiful sea view.
Downstairs are the other 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the spacious double beds. One of the bedrooms has an extra single bed. All three bedrooms have French doors to the lower terrace, the sea view is not lacking here either. Between the bedrooms is a spacious recreation room with an American pool table and ping pong table. And what we should not forget is the pink bedroom at the very top of the villa with a double bed with the most beautiful view from the balcony, this unique villa has just everything!

From the airport in Nice and from Cannes you are normally one hour by car to the Villa and St. Tropez is 40 min drive (in summer also directly accessible by boat from the port of Les Issambres. And in Fréjus you are within half an hour. Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime are known for their vast beautiful sandy beaches. Also delicious food in the brasserie! In Cap Mail you have a beautiful view of the sea while eating fresh fish dishes.
