Description
4 bedroom villa in Provence with a private pool. With the cozy village of Flayosc just a stone's throw away (about 15 minutes walking distance ), this is an ideal destination for your vacation. Flayosc has plenty of nice terraces, restaurants and in the summer there is regularly something organized in the heart of the village.
The single-story villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area, where you park your car(s) on private property. Once in the backyard, where the pool is also located and there are several terraces at your disposal, you will enjoy complete privacy.
The playfully shaped pool (8 x 4 m, 1.50 m deep) is surrounded by a spacious flagstone terrace, where 8 brightly colored loungers as well as a parasol are waiting for you. In the shade of the covered terrace, adjacent to the living room, you can comfortably enjoy the lounge set and on the other terrace, at the side of the villa, a long wooden dining table with parasol is waiting for you. We can so imagine that on the latter terrace you will linger while enjoying a delicious meal (prepared on barbecue and / or plancha, both present) and an accompanying drink.
For children there is plenty of room to play in the almost flat and also fenced garden. From the gravel area to the pool terrace, they can go between the vegetation to a playing field. Here they can play with a ball.
This is a Provencal-style villa, but with the comfort and functionality of a more modern villa. From the entrance you enter the hall with toilet and there is an open passage to the pleasantly bright living/dining room and the adjoining open kitchen. There is a sitting area by the fireplace, where you can watch television (via Internet) as well as play a DVD. The dining area seats 8 people.
The Provencal kitchen is U-shaped and is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The washing machine can be found elsewhere in a separate room as well as a 2nd refrigerator.
From the dining area there is a door to the corridor, where the 4 bedrooms are located. One of these bedrooms (with air conditioning) has a double bed and a beautifully tiled private bathroom with shower and sink.
The other 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds, share the second bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (with shower possibility), a toilet and a sink.
If desired, the owner can provide (3) fans.
