Description
This detached holiday home with heatable private pool is located on the edge of a hamlet in the Minervois region. Depending on the season, many activities can be enjoyed in the area such as canoeing, hiking, lively markets and music festivals. There are also beautiful historic places in the area such as Minerve and Carcassonne. A place ideally suited for lovers of peace and nature.
You can buy groceries in La Caunette or Aigues Vives. There are many marked hiking trails (you can start from the garden) and for the mountain bikers among you this is also a true Eldorado with the most fantastic routes.
The house has a single level with a spacious terrace and pool. The view is unbelievably beautiful. The side terrace is covered and you have access to an outdoor kitchen.
Inside there is an open living space with a kitchen that is fully equipped. There is a dining table and a very comfortable sitting area with wood stove. The bedrooms both have a double bed and they share the bathroom.
