This delightful and comfortable corner (air-conditioned) holiday apartment is located on the second floor in a residence on the 18-hole golf course of Sainte-Maxime. This small and luxurious residence, built against the hill, has a communal swimming pool (open from mid-May to late September) and a unique, very flowery planting. The small-scale apartment complex consists of alternating 2 and 3 floors and is very quietly located.
The apartment with private entrance and hallway has a very spacious living / dining room with high ceiling and a large outdoor terrace of 16 m2 facing south. From there you have a spectacular view over the golf course and in the distance you can see the bay of Saint-Tropez.
The apartment has a sitting area with HD television and a dining area near the luxury kitchen. The washing machine is in the hall closet. There are 3 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The apartment is fresh, complete in terms of furnishings and very well maintained.
The clubhouse with restaurant of the beautiful golf course is 3 minutes walk away. Several golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity. Safe, well-equipped sandy beaches are less than 10 minutes drive away, as well as to the charming village with many terraces and stores. A unique place for golf and beach lovers. Because of the location and comfort of the apartment is also outside the summer season a top place for golfers.
